Personal Orders:

No part of any order will be ordered or shipped until payment has been received in full. Once payment has been accepted, the order will take 2-4 days to process. Expect shipment delivery within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are discounted at the second item.

Custom Personal Orders:

No part of any order will be ordered, designed (custom orders), or shipped until payment has been received in full. Once payment has been accepted, the order will take 3-5 days to process. Expect shipment delivery within 8-12 business days. Shipping costs are discounted at the second item.

Business Orders:

No part of any order will be ordered or designed until the down payment has been received in full. No orders will be picked up or delivered until full payment has been received. Orders can be picked up or shipped. Shipping fees subject to size of order.

Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days from original purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Only regular priced items can be returned or exchanged, sale items are not eligible for an exchange or refund. Custom designed items are not eligible for return or exchange unless misprint or other default.

To complete your return or exchange, email us at returns@eightninedesigns.com before you send the product back to us.

Refunds (if applicable)

There is a 10% restocking fee and the initial shipping charges are non refundable. Once we have received your return and it is inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the returned items arrival. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days, and a credit will applied to the original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you are needing to exchange an item you will need to email us and let us know what it is you are wanting to exchange and why before mailing it back. Once we receive your item in the mail we will email you with a code to use at checkout with your exchanged item.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning an item.  If receiving a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from that refund. If exchanging an item, customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs both ways.

International Shipping – Eight Nine Designs is not responsible for any additional customs fees and/or taxes.
