What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash is accepted in person. Money order or checks are accepted by mail or in person. All major credit cards are accepted online.
How do your products fit?
Check out our ‘Products Information’ tab under Shop to see all our popular items and sizes available. If you are still looking for additional sizes or have questions, email us at info@eightninedesigns.com so we can get you what you are looking for.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will arrive or be available for pick up within 8-12 business days. A rush can be added to your order for a small fee. Bulk orders depend on the amount being ordered and can be discussed at ordering.
What is your return policy?
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their item(s). If at any time you are not satisfied with your order, let us know, and we can fix it. Any and all returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase date in the condition they arrived at a 10% restocking fee, unless doing an exchange for size/color. Yes, most certainly! Eight Nine Designs would never share, sell, give away your personal or business information to anyone. Any information shared with Eight Nine Designs is secure. We will never ask for any information to browse our website, only when making purchases. We respect our customers right to privacy.
